I am one of the UK's leading acting and performance coaches, a senior academic, qualified counsellor and NLP practitioner. I trained as an actress and have spent the last 20 working as a director and acting and performance coach/trainer. As Artistic Director I ran my own theatre company for 10 years and I also have a background in general management. I run performance and presentation workshops in the UK and abroad and am a regular visiting practioner in the US. My clients include celebrities, CEO's, MP's, Musicians and Singers. I specialise in Forum Theatre and communication and continue to carry out practise research in my role as Senior Lecturer at Rose Bruford College. I hold an MSc in Social Sciences from Greenwich University and a Post Graduate in Integrative Counselling. I use theatre based skills and strategies in all aspects of my work as both a practitioner and performance consultant.
LUCIE FITCHETT
Consultant Partner and Trainer
For 6 years I was Artistic Director of my theatre company
whose work included seasons at The Royal Shakespeare Company's Swan Theatre.
As an actress I continue to work as a corporate presenter and voice over
artist and I regularly appear on BBC Radio 4. As freelance producer/writer/researcher
in TV news and current affairs I have worked closely with politicians,
personalities and other individuals on pre-camera interview preparation.
I am a Forum and Image Theatre specialist having trained with the originator
of this work, Augusto Boal, and Cardboard Citizens the foremost exponents
of this work. I am a person centred counsellor and NLP practitioner and
I use this background to find quick and effective ways of training each
individual.
ABI REYNOLDS
Disability Consultant and Associate Trainer
An experienced
deaf awareness trainer and disability auditor, Abi has been involved
in the field of deafness and hearing loss for over 15 years. During this
time she has worked within a wide range of environments including private,
voluntary and public sector. Highlights during this time include:
- Devising
and running Deaf Awareness Training for a number of leading London
universities and developing tailored training for a top UK provider
of call centres.
- Auditing 30 organisations for accessibility to Deaf people on behalf
of RNID (Royal National Institute for Deaf People). These included
Lloyds TSB, a number of local councils and a small charity.
- Running
a disability audit for West Middlesex Hospital across all their sites
and producing a detailed report which was used as a foundation for
their DDA Public Sector Disability Equality Duty.
- Facilitating
a focus group of Deaf people on behalf of an NHS hospital to gain valuable
feedback on its services to the Deaf community.
Confident in using BSL,
Abi has also worked as a BSL communication support worker. Her wide experience
in the areas of deafness and hearing loss makes her well placed to devise
and run training, set up and facilitate focus groups and run audits.

THOMASINA
UNSWORTH
Communication and Presentation Skills Associate Trainer
Thomasina Unsworth trained
at The Central School of Speech and Drama and worked as an actress and
corporate trainer for ten years before developing her career as an acting
teacher, coach and theatre director. She is now a Senior Lecturer on
the Acting and Actor Musician programmes at Rose Bruford College as well
as a private acting coach and writer.
Thomasina has also worked at Manchester
Met, Chichester University and The Academy of Creative Training in Brighton
as a tutor and director. She has a degree in English and an MA in Theatre
and specialises in Meisner technique. She has recently completed a book
on actor training which is to be published in 2010 by Methuen and has
also got a certificate in counselling.
STEVE CALVELEY
Communication and Media Associate Trainer
Steve has extensive experience in training and
consultancy. Steve’s expertise lies in the art of Communication.
He delivers Presentations skills, public speaking, Media and voice coaching
workshops around the world, having worked extensively in the UK, Europe
and the Middle East. Steve has successfully combines a career in training
and development and Theatre and finds himself in a unique position of
being able to combine his experience of training with 20 years experience
of working in the media. He has trained and coached people from all levels
of the organisational structure, from Chief executives and Managing Directors
to Customer service representatives. He has coached Lawyers to TV Presenters
in the art and skill of communication and presentation to the media.
MARK SHAYLE
Productivity Coach and Associate Trainer
Mark Shayle is a Professional Organiser

 RUSSELL FLOYD
Communication, Media and TV Associate Trainer
Trained at RADA, Russell’s acting career has
spanned TV, film, pantomime, musicals, theatre and radio. He has worked
as a presenter in France, Germany, USA and the UK, and co-presented ‘Taste
Today’ for Carlton TV. His voice-over work includes promos, commercials
and animation, where he worked with David Jason on the acclaimed ‘Snow
Queen’. He is a well known TV actor, having played Michael Rose
on EastEnders for five years (1995-1999) and DC Ken Drummond on The Bill
for three years (2002-2005). As a qualified drama teacher, Russell continues
to write, direct and teach in many educational establishments across
the South of England. Russell is a respected TV technique tutor who lectures
at Drama schools and universities. He has developed and presented communication
and motivation workshops using his extensive experience as a presenter
and teacher to inform his work.
